Your content library is what makes the AI truly useful for your sales team. By uploading sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence, you give the AI the context it needs to provide relevant, accurate answers during conversations.
There are several ways to get content into Revian, from simple drag-and-drop uploads to automatic cloud sync.
Direct file upload
The fastest way to add content is uploading files directly. Navigate to the Content Library in your Revian dashboard and either drag files onto the upload area or click to browse your computer.
You can upload multiple files at once. Revian processes each file in the background, extracting text and creating searchable indexes. Depending on file size, processing typically takes a few seconds to a couple of minutes.
Tip: For best results, upload text-based PDFs rather than scanned images. Scanned documents work but may have lower accuracy during text extraction.
Cloud storage sync
If your team stores sales content in cloud drives, you can set up automatic sync so new and updated files flow into Revian without manual uploads.
Google Drive
- Connect your Google Workspace account from Settings
- Select specific folders to sync or choose your entire Drive
- Changes sync automatically within minutes

OneDrive
- Connect through Microsoft 365 integration
- Choose folders from personal or SharePoint libraries
- Permissions from OneDrive are respected in Revian
- Ideal for organizations on Microsoft 365
Dropbox
- Link your Dropbox Business or personal account
- Select folders containing sales materials
- Syncs both new files and updates to existing ones
- Works with Dropbox Paper documents too
Supported formats
Revian supports the file types your sales team uses most:
- PDF - Sales decks, one-pagers, whitepapers, case studies
- PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt) - Presentations and pitch decks
- Word (.docx, .doc) - Battle cards, scripts, proposals
- Videos (.mp4, .mov, .webm) - Training videos, product demos
- Web links - Blog posts, competitor pages, documentation
For web links, Revian crawls the page and extracts content automatically. This is great for adding competitor websites, product documentation, or industry articles to your library.
How files are stored
When you upload content, Revian stores the original file securely and creates a processed version optimized for AI search. File paths maintain their folder structure, so content you upload to "Competitors/Acme" stays organized that way in your library.
All files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Your content is never used to train AI models or shared with other organizations.
Note: File size limit is 100MB per file. For larger videos, consider uploading a link to your video hosting platform instead.
