Data the AI cannot access
The AI only accesses data within Revian. It cannot access:
- Files on your computer - Local documents, folders, or applications
- Personal email - Email accounts not connected to Revian
- Other apps - Slack messages, other CRMs, project management tools
- Browser history - Websites visited or bookmarks
- Payment details - Credit card numbers or banking info
Privacy note: The AI processes your data to answer questions and take actions. Your data is not used to train the model and is not shared with other Revian customers.
How context improves responses
Because the AI has full context, it can:
| Without context | With Revian context |
|---|---|
| "Draft a follow-up email" | Drafts email referencing your last call, deal value, and pending items |
| "What should I know before this call?" | Summarizes deal history, past objections, competitor mentions, and open items |
| "Help me handle a pricing objection" | Pulls relevant battle cards and suggests responses based on your content |
Data access by role
The AI respects your account permissions:
- Admins - Can query all data across the workspace
- Members - Can query their own deals, contacts, and shared data
If you ask about a deal you don't have access to, the AI will let you know.
Expanding what the AI knows
You can give the AI more context by:
- Uploading to the content library - Add product docs, pricing, and competitive info
- Connecting integrations - Sync email and calendar for fuller context
- Logging activities - Add notes and call summaries
The more data in Revian, the more helpful the AI becomes.
