Contact enrichment automatically fills in missing information on your contact records. Instead of manually researching each person, Revian pulls verified data from multiple providers to give you a complete picture of who you're selling to.
What data gets enriched
When you add a contact to Revian, the enrichment engine looks up the following information:
- Email address - Verified work email with confidence scoring
- Phone number - Direct dial and mobile numbers when available
- Job title - Current role at their company
- Seniority level - C-level, VP, Director, Manager, or Individual Contributor
- LinkedIn URL - Direct link to their LinkedIn profile
Enrichment happens automatically when you create a contact. You can also trigger it manually or run bulk enrichment on existing records.
Enrichment providers
Revian uses two data providers to maximize coverage and accuracy:
- Strong coverage for tech companies and startups
- High accuracy on verified email addresses
- Good for North American and European contacts
- Broad coverage across industries
- Direct dial phone numbers
- Real-time email verification
Revian queries both providers and combines the results. When data conflicts, the system uses the source with higher confidence.
Email confidence scoring
Every enriched email comes with a confidence score from 0 to 100. This helps you prioritize outreach and avoid bounces.
- 90-100: Verified and confirmed deliverable
- 70-89: High confidence, likely valid
- 50-69: Medium confidence, may need verification
- Below 50: Low confidence, use with caution
You can filter contacts by confidence score to focus your sequences on the most reliable addresses.
Manual refresh
Contact information changes frequently. People switch jobs, get new phone numbers, and update their titles. You can manually refresh enrichment data at any time.
To refresh a single contact:
- Open the contact record
- Click the refresh icon next to the enrichment section
- Review the updated data and confirm changes
Revian shows you what changed so you can decide whether to accept the updates or keep the existing data.
Bulk enrichment
When you import contacts or need to update a large list, bulk enrichment saves time. Select multiple contacts from any list view, then choose "Enrich selected" from the actions menu.
Bulk enrichment runs in the background. You will receive a notification when it completes, along with a summary of how many records were updated.
Tip: Run bulk enrichment on imported lists right after upload. This fills in missing data before you start outreach.
Daily usage limits
Each enrichment provider has daily limits based on your plan:
- Starter: 100 enrichments per day per provider
- Growth: 500 enrichments per day per provider
- Scale: 2,000 enrichments per day per provider
Limits reset at midnight UTC. You can view your current usage in Settings under the Enrichment tab. If you hit your limit, enrichment requests queue until the next day.
