Revian gives you multiple ways to visualize and interact with your deals. Switch between views depending on what you need: a quick visual snapshot or detailed analysis with sorting and filtering.
Board view (Kanban-style)
The board view displays your pipeline as a series of columns, one for each stage. Deals appear as cards that you can drag and drop between stages.
Each deal card shows key information at a glance:
- Deal name and company
- Deal amount
- Expected close date
- Deal health indicator (color-coded)
- Owner avatar
To move a deal to a new stage, simply drag the card to the appropriate column. Revian automatically updates the stage and logs the change in the deal's activity timeline.
Column headers display the total value and count of deals in each stage, giving you an instant read on where your pipeline stands.
List view
The list view presents deals in a table format with sortable columns. This view works well when you need to analyze deals in detail or work with a large number of opportunities.
Default columns include:
- Deal name
- Company
- Stage
- Amount
- Expected close date
- Owner
- Last activity
- Deal health score
Click any column header to sort by that field. Click again to reverse the sort order. You can also customize which columns appear by clicking the Columns button and toggling fields on or off.
Filtering your pipeline
Both views support powerful filtering to focus on the deals that matter most. Click the Filter button to access filter options:
Filter Options
- Stage - Show only deals in specific stages
- Owner - Filter by deal owner (yourself, specific reps, or teams)
- Company - Find deals for specific accounts
- Date range - Filter by expected close date, created date, or last activity
- Amount - Set minimum or maximum deal values
- Deal health - Show only healthy, at-risk, or stalled deals
- Deal type - New business, expansion, renewal
- Custom fields - Any custom fields your team has created
You can combine multiple filters to create precise views. For example, show all deals over $50,000 in the Proposal stage owned by your team that are expected to close this quarter.
Saving custom views
Once you have set up filters and columns the way you like them, save the configuration as a custom view:
- Apply your desired filters and column settings
- Click Save View in the toolbar
- Give your view a name (e.g., "My Q1 Pipeline" or "At-Risk Deals")
- Choose whether to make it private or share with your team
Saved views appear in the view dropdown for quick access. Revian remembers your most recently used view and loads it automatically when you return to the pipeline.
Tip: Create separate views for different purposes. A manager might have "Team Pipeline" and "Forecast Review" views, while a rep might use "My Deals This Month" and "Needs Follow-up" views.
Quick actions from pipeline view
You can take common actions directly from the pipeline without opening the full deal record:
- Change stage - Drag and drop (board) or click the stage field (list)
- Update amount - Click the amount to edit inline
- Change close date - Click the date to open a date picker
- Add a note - Click the note icon to log a quick update
- Schedule follow-up - Click the calendar icon to create a task
- Send email - Click the email icon to compose a message
Right-click any deal card or row to access a context menu with additional options like assigning the deal to a different owner, marking it won or lost, or opening the full deal record.
